The Storey Group facilitates tree planting campaigns in partnership with vetted planting organizations. In some cases, we incorporate EcoMatcher’s digital tools for tree tracking, adoption, and gifting. Our services may include:
- Tree adoption campaigns
- Corporate sustainability programs
- Digital tree tracking through EcoMatcher (TreeTracker, TreeManager, TreeChain)
- Environmental education initiatives
2. Pricing and Payment
- All campaign prices are quoted in advance and confirmed through written agreement or invoice.
- Standard pricing (including EcoMatcher support) is USD $10 per tree, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless specified otherwise.
- Planting will not begin until full payment is received.
3. Tree Adoption and Ownership
- By purchasing or sponsoring a tree through us, you are adopting a tree—not obtaining legal ownership.
- The tree will be planted by one of our partner organizations and digitally tracked (if applicable).
- While we carefully vet all partners, the survival of planted trees is subject to natural conditions. No guarantees are made regarding longevity.
4. Use of EcoMatcher Technology
If your campaign uses EcoMatcher’s platform, the following terms apply:
- TreeTracker: View your adopted trees on a satellite map.
- TreeManager: Manage and share trees as gifts or employee rewards.
- TreeChain: Track your trees transparently via blockchain technology.
You will be granted access to a Client Account, where all your trees and data will be visible and manageable.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with confidentiality. We do not share your data or campaign details without your consent, except as required by law or with trusted partners necessary to execute the campaign.
6. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide a high-quality, transparent, and environmentally meaningful service. However:
- We are not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party partners, natural events, or technology failures.
- We make no warranties regarding the survival or condition of individual trees post-planting.
- Our digital services rely on third-party platforms, and while we ensure best practices, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital tools (excluding third-party services like EcoMatcher), is the intellectual property of The Storey Group and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
